HERBS MEDICATION FOR IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS

WELCOME TO DR. GEORGE TOM NICOLE IPF AND CURE BLOG

Cure to IPF Using Herbs

I have decided to put up this blog due to overwhelming demand of MALVA-H Herbal medication for user's to share their testimonies and encourage others to experience breakthrough from IPF  just like they have found. There is nothing like a hopeless situation when one is willing to try. Our search for light begins when we get fed up with gross darkness. In life, questions are asked when we are willing to clear our assumptions to take further steps that will bring glory.

A lot of people out there have been discouraged from "nature" they have been warned and threatened by Western Doctors not to have any dealing with Herbal medications. They have raised fear and apprehension to enslave humans in the chains of chemicals. Most IPF patients have lived in such fears for decades. They denied their selves the love of Mother Nature through HERBS.

They have lived and become addicted to Western medications. Most who hates "nature medicine" fails to look inward and ask objective questions. They willingly become blinded to the power within, and refused to push the bottom of courage which life breakthrough decisions are anchored on. Most of them who fear Herbal Mediation, fail to ask: if Western Doctors can provide treatment for decades with chemical drugs, what stops them from providing a cure? Why should I keep buying drugs for control, instead of a cure? The answer is quite a simple one. "A patient cured is profit lost" We all know this fact, but fear has kept most patients as medical experimental puppet whose precious life is used to try Western Pharmaceuticals that does not create cure, but rather create customers.

Today, we are doing everything to tell everyone about the power of Mother Nature. We want people to break free from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis through MALVA-H HERBAL Medication. All life came from nature, and nature never forsakes its own. And over the years, we have done this without relenting, before I will talk about MALVA-H Herbal medication, I will give brief discussion on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. I believe this will increase the understanding of our clients and patients, who doubt that there is a cure. We want to state here categorically that, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis as a medical topic is broad, and encompassing, so we cannot claim to cover every topic on the subject. We therefore encourage those interested to visit medical blogs for more knowledge.

 WHAT IS IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS.(IPF)

Understanding IPF

Pulmonary fibrosis refers to scarring of the lung tissue (fibrosis of the lungs). Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is defined as a specific form of chronic, progressive fibrosing interstitial pneumonia of unknown cause, primarily occurring in older adults, limited to the lungs, the most common form of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, causes progressive pulmonary fibrosis. is a type of chronic lung disease characterized by a progressive and decline in lung function.

WHAT CAUSES PULMONARY FIBROSIS?

The cause of IPF is unknown but certain environmental factors and exposures
have been shown to increase the risk of getting IPF. Cigarette smoking is the best recognized and most accepted risk factor for IPF, and increases the risk of IPF by about twofold .Other environmental and occupation exposures such as exposure to metal dust, wood dust, coal dust, silica, stone dust, biologic dusts coming from hay dust or mold spores or other agricultural products, and occupations related to farming/livestock have also been shown to increase the risk for IPF

 *   Chronic inflammatory processes (sarcoidosis , Wegener's   granulomatosis)

 *   Infections

 *   Environmental agents (asbestos, silica, exposure to certain gases)

 *   Exposure to ionizing radiation (such as radiation therapy to treat tumors of the     chest)

 *   Chronic conditions (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis)

 *   Certain medications

In some people, chronic pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis develop without an identifiable cause. Most of these people have a condition called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) that does not respond to medical therapy, while some of the other types of fibrosis, such as nonspecific interstitial pneumonitis (NSIP), may respond to immune suppressive therapy.

Synonyms (other names) for various types of pulmonary fibrosis that have been used in the past include chronic interstitial pneumonitis, Hamman-Rich syndrome, and diffuse fibrosing  alveolitis.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF IPF

 Ordinarily, every patient are unique in their own different ways, as a result of this, the signs and symptoms they experience varies. Few but not limited to the under listed are the most common signs of IPF.

   * Cough (Dry, non-productive cough on exertion)

   *  Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

   *  Decreased exercise tolerance

   *  Clubbing of the digits, a disfigurement of the finger tips or toes

   * Abnormal pulmonary function test results, with evidence of restriction and impaired gas exchange.

Symptoms and signs of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis typically develop over 6 month to several years.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF IDIOPATHIC PULMONARY FIBROSIS?

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has been loosely staged and categorized as mild, moderate, or severe, or early versus advanced. The staging is usually based on pulmonary function tests, although these stages are considered arbitrary.

There are some newer proposed staging systems:

 *        Mortality risk scoring system: This is based on four predictors

*         Age,

*         Recent respiratory hospitalization,

*         Baseline forced vital capacity (FVC, a measure of lung function), and

*         24-week change in FVC.

HOW IS IPF DIAGNOSED?

The diagnosis is usually made by a specialist, and so for most patients this means being referred by their general practitioner to the hospital. Most people will need to have the following investigations.

·   A chest x-ray.

This may show signs of the scarring even early on, so some people will be diagnosed by an abnormal chest x-ray before they develop symptoms.

·   Lung function tests.

These are breathing tests to show how well your lungs are working. They are also used later on to monitor the severity of the disease and how it is progressing.

· Blood tests.

These are done to find other causes of lung disease.

·  CT scan.

This is a special x-ray that gives a more detailed picture of your lungs. There are characteristic features on the CT scan that can allow your doctor to make the diagnosis of IPF in about half of those with IPF, others requiring a biopsy if the changes on the CT are not classical.

· A bronchoscope

  This involves passing a telescope down into the lungs to collect samples.

· A biopsy

If the diagnosis is not clear after the above tests some patients may need to have an operation with a general anesthetic to remove one or more pieces of lung for more detailed tests. This procedure is called surgical lung biopsy and sometimes is the only way to make a firm diagnosis.

   What will happen if my condition starts to deteriorate?

Unfortunately most patients with IPF will become more breathless with time and some will die of the disease. Sometimes the disease does not progress; more usually there is continuing scarring with increased breathlessness.

Some patients have acute exacerbations when breathlessness increases suddenly. This is often confused with pneumonia and needs urgent hospital care with a repeat CT scan and different treatment.

You will be followed up by a specialist nurse who will help you through your disease. We will be able to provide medications to relieve the symptoms and provide oxygen therapy when needed. You may need to have assistance with mobility or simple changes to the house to make activities such as showering easier. State benefits are available to help with this.

WHO CAN DEVELOP IPF?

Most people with IPF develop their symptoms between the ages of 60 to 85 years and the disease is uncommon below the age of 50 years. Men are affected more commonly than women. Idiopathic means of no known cause, however the disease is more common in smokers, people who have worked with metals, wood, stonecutting, and working with animals or birds. A similar disease may complicate rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and scleroderma, and may be due to treatments for these diseases and some other drugs. IPF is not ‘passed on’ to children, but sometimes occurs in several members of a family suggesting that genes may be involved in causing the disease. A search for underlying causes is an important part of the initial investigation.

       ANTI-FIBROTIC DRUGS AND THEIR DEBILITATING EFFECT

Oxygen therapy: The most common treatment is the use of oxygen therapy as an integral part of the treatment regimen to alleviate the patient shortness of breath continuous flow of supplemental oxygen is critical; oxygen therapy is a “matter of life and death.”  Emphasized have been made how the daily life revolved around constantly ensuring access to oxygen. Note, there are side effect to Oxygen therapy, some of which are Skin Irritation and Nasal Dryness. Because oxygen therapy has a drying effect on the nasal passages, it is not uncommon for skin irritation, skin breakdown and nasal dryness to occur when using it. ...Fire Hazard. ...Oxygen Toxicity. ...Suppression of Breathing

Prednisone:  is a prescription steroid drug. It comes as an immediate-release tablet, delayed-release tablet, and liquid solution. You take these forms by mouth.

The delayed-release tablet is available as the brand-name drug Rayos. The solution is available as a generic drug and as the brand-name drug Prednisone Intensol. The immediate-release tablet is only available as a generic drug.

Generic drugs usually cost less. In some cases, they may not be available in every form as the brand-name versions.

The most common side effects that occur with prednisone include:

•    Confusion
•    Excitement
•    Restlessness
•    Headache
•    Nausea
•    vomiting
•    thinning skin
•    Acne
•    Trouble sleeping
•    Weight gain

Cyclophosphamide: Cyclophosphamide (aka Cytoxan) is an immune system suppressant that can help reduce inflammation in the lungs caused by pulmonary fibrosis. The medication can be taken orally or intravenously. Common side effects of Cytoxan include:

Nausea or vomiting (may be severe),
Loss of appetite,
Stomach pain or upset,
Diarrhea,
Temporary hair loss,
A wound that will not heal,
Missed menstrual periods,
Changes in skin color (darkening)
Azathioprine: Azathioprine (aka Imuran) is a heavy immune system suppressant that is traditionally given to patients after an organ transplant. It helps prevent the patient's body from attacking and rejecting the new organ, and it’s doctors believe it can treat pulmonary fibrosis in a similar way.

Azathioprines suppress the body's immune system in order to keep it from damaging its own organs. In the case of pulmonary fibrosis, the medication could help protect the lungs from immune system attack and further scarring. However, while it does help some patients, the effectiveness of this medication for patients with pulmonary fibrosis has not yet been confirmed. Common side effect of using Azathioprine include:  signs of infection (fever, chills, sore throat, body aches, weakness, muscle pain, flu symptoms); severe nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, pain or burning with urination.

Mycophenolate Mofetil: This drug is another type of immunosuppressant that doctors commonly prescribe to patients with pulmonary fibrosis. They are sometimes used in combination with corticosteroids. Common side effect include: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, or constipation, headache, mild weakness, swelling in your hands or feet, numbness or tingly feeling.

Nintedanib: This anti-fibrotic medication is another drug often used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. When the disease is still in its early stages, this drug can be effective at slowing disease progression and lung function decline. Common side effect include:  sudden vision problems, slurred speech), severe stomach/abdominal pain, abdominal swelling.

Corticosteroids: Corticosteroid medications like Prednisone help treat pulmonary fibrosis by suppressing the immune system. This helps to reduce inflammation in the lungs but requires careful monitoring by a doctor since it can have many serious side effects. Common side effect include:   weight gain, increased vulnerability to infection, cataracts and glaucoma (eye disorders), thinning of the skin, bruising easily, osteoporosis (fragile bones), hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes.

Proton Pump Inhibitors: Proton pump inhibitors are often used to treat gastrointestinal diseases like peptic ulcers and GERD, but they can also treat types of pulmonary fibrosis. These medications don't target the lungs or immune system, but instead work by blocking excess stomach acid production.

In some cases of pulmonary fibrosis, excess stomach acid leaks into the lungs, causing irritation and scarring. By reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces and quelling acid reflux, proton pump inhibitors help prevent the lungs from getting further inflamed. Common side effect include: headache, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, and dizziness. Infrequent adverse effects include rash, itch, flatulence, constipation, anxiety, and depression. Also infrequently, PPI use may be associated with occurrence of myopathies, including the serious reaction rhabdomyolysis.

 THE POWER OF NATURAL HERBS FOR IPF CURE

A lot of people have asked me how I came about MALVA-H and the reason it is so effective that it provides total and permanent cure where Western medications failed. I have had questions why it has no side effects they get from Western medicines. They use for IPF treatment, which does not produce a cure, but accompanied with chronic side effects.
When we talk about Herbal Medicine, we refer to a treatment modality using the inherent healing properties of plants as medicine. The parts of the plant used include roots, seeds, leaves, flowers, stems and indeed the whole plant depending on the herb. Without doubts, from the records of the ancients Egyptians, Romans, Babylonians and other great cultures of the world, Herbal Medicine remains the oldest medicine for millennia. It is on record that over 80% of the world's population use herbal remedies as part of their health care. Using herbs is not strange, but to get the best from these plants, it requires specialized knowledge which may take a number of years to achieve.
Over the years, humans have come to the realization that no matter how they try, the law and power of nature cannot be uttered. Science has done well over these years, but it is natural to have the Sun rise and set; to have fishes live, survive and thrive in water, to have humans live on oxygen. These are natural phenomena. We can only learn to use them for ourselves either for good or bad, but we cannot alter their powers and strength. Just like Herbs, how we chose to use them determines the result we get from them, I did not stumble on the idea of MALVA-H. It took me great number of years to gain the knowledge I have. I have combined the wisdom of ancient traditions, clinical experience, and dedicated years in travelling around the world to understand the power of healing the body through nature. Think about this, before most Western medicines are sold to humans, it undergoes all manner of testing using animals to know their reactions. Animals in the busy that have no access to Veterinary doctors know the right plant and parts to feed on when they are sick. It may be laughable, but it is a natural fact.
Active ingredients found in herbs are supported by synergistic actions of all its other chemical constituents. This synergy allows the herb to exert its therapeutic affects and at the same time remove the potential for unwanted side effects. Herbs are medicines with many actions available in a single plant. This is quite different from pharmaceutical formulations that commonly have one action and combined chemicals that react negatively to its users, Right Herbal remedies are suitable for both acute and chronic conditions. Herbs used in making MALVA-H are individualized; there are chosen to simultaneously treat based on the medical history of the individual which eventually produce a cure. It very effective for the individual as it made based on the present symptoms. Herbs used in making MALVA-H are tonics to body systems; they support generalized well being and create resilience in times of stress. Our medicine is designed to alleviate symptoms and strengthen body systems. I believe that the body is continually striving for balance and that natural herbs can support this process by restoring balance and increasing vitality which brings about increased energy, improved health and a greater sense of well being While it is safe to use herbs, I must point that when there are not prescribed by a specialist it becomes dangerous to health. Many herbs may contain high levels of heavy metals, including lead, mercury, and cadmium. So it is important to purchase herbal medicines or supplements from reputable manufacturers to ensure quality and result.
Do not place money value over your health in buying cheap herbal medicine online. MALVA-H is not an online idea of business, but the need to help people who might not have known the power of herbs is our drive for this blog. My herbal medicine is not voodoo, it is all natural combination of effective herbs.
